** Summary of Role
** We are looking for a motivated and reliable Warehouse Operative to join our Outbound team. Working within a fast-paced healthcare distribution environment, you will be responsible for accurately picking, packing, and processing customer orders across a variety of warehouse areas, including automated systems, bulk storage, refrigerated products, and secure goods. This role plays an important part in ensuring vital healthcare products are delivered accurately and efficiently to customers.
** Responsibilities
* ** Accurately pick and assemble customer orders using pick documentation and warehouse systems.
* Process orders across automated, bulk, refrigerated, and secure warehouse areas.
* Ensure products are packaged correctly and handled with care to prevent damage.
* Report damages, stock discrepancies, and pick face errors to the Team Leader.
* Escalate operational issues affecting orders, stock, or transport activities promptly.
* Support the accurate processing of hospital and special-check orders.
* Maintain a clean, organised, and safe working environment.
* Follow all company procedures, quality standards, and health and safety requirements.

* Knowledge of Good Distribution Practice (GDP) standards.

Less than 2 years of experience in warehouse support, distribution operations, shipping, receiving, inventory control, material handling, or a related field required.

Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP), or equivalent certification preferred.

Knowledge in warehouse operations processes, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, staging, and shipping.

Knowledge in inventory control principles, stock movement tracking, and material traceability requirements.

Knowledge in temperature-controlled handling and cold chain support requirements for sensitive products and materials.

Knowledge in packaging materials, reusable shipping assets, and replenishment practices within warehouse operations.

Knowledge in shipment documentation, operational recordkeeping, and transaction processing requirements.

Knowledge in safe material handling practices and the use of warehouse equipment and tools.

Ability to follow established warehouse procedures and standardized work instructions.

Ability to maintain accurate records and update operational information in warehouse systems and logs.

Ability to identify inventory, packaging, shipment, and material handling exceptions for further action.

Ability to support timely and accurate order preparation and material movement activities.

Ability to manage multiple routine tasks across warehouse workflows while maintaining accuracy.

Ability to work with temperature-sensitive materials in line with defined handling requirements.
