Location: Greater London
Loom Talent are exclusive partners in recruiting a Warehouse FLM for a leading global 3PL in the UK. The role covers 4 on 4 off continental shift patterns (Days & Nights) for a busy FMCG distribution site in Dagenham, offering a substantial salary and benefits package.
The Warehouse FLM will lead a team, drive safety, service, and performance targets, and develop colleagues across shifts in a fast-paced environment. Strong WMS, people management, and communication skills are essential.
