** We are looking for a detail-oriented Warehouse Operative to join our team supporting the healthcare supply chain. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining inventory accuracy, preparing shipments, handling temperature-sensitive products, and ensuring warehouse operations are completed safely and efficiently. You will play an important role in supporting the timely distribution of essential healthcare products while maintaining high standards of quality and compliance.
** Responsibilities
* ** Monitor temperature-sensitive materials during storage and shipment preparation.
* Update warehouse transactions, inventory records, and shipment documentation accurately.
* Maintain product traceability through accurate record keeping and system updates.
* Identify and process on-hold, damaged, or non-conforming materials in line with procedures.
* Coordinate the movement of materials using approved warehouse equipment.
* Prepare packaging materials and shipment staging areas for outbound deliveries.
* Escalate inventory discrepancies and non-standard handling issues promptly.
* Support safe, efficient, and compliant warehouse operations at all times.

Less than 2 years of experience in warehouse support, distribution operations, shipping, receiving, inventory control, material handling, or a related field required.

Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP), or equivalent certification preferred.

Knowledge in warehouse operations processes, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, staging, and shipping.

Knowledge in inventory control principles, stock movement tracking, and material traceability requirements.

Knowledge in temperature-controlled handling and cold chain support requirements for sensitive products and materials.

Knowledge in packaging materials, reusable shipping assets, and replenishment practices within warehouse operations.

Knowledge in shipment documentation, operational recordkeeping, and transaction processing requirements.

Knowledge in safe material handling practices and the use of warehouse equipment and tools.

Ability to follow established warehouse procedures and standardized work instructions.

Ability to maintain accurate records and update operational information in warehouse systems and logs.

Ability to identify inventory, packaging, shipment, and material handling exceptions for further action.

Ability to support timely and accurate order preparation and material movement activities.

Ability to manage multiple routine tasks across warehouse workflows while maintaining accuracy.

Ability to work with temperature-sensitive materials in line with defined handling requirements.
