Pod Talent in London is seeking a Warehouse Team Leader (Inbound/Outbound) to manage a team in a fast-paced distribution centre. This permanent role offers a salary of £30k-£34k with a Mon-Fri, 8am-6pm shift pattern and a 4-day-per-week rota in West London.
You will lead up to 10 associates, ensure safety and quality standards, and drive continuous improvement while meeting daily operational priorities and service levels.
