Warehouse Operative | North Acton, W3 | £14.80 per hour | 57 Hours Per Week | Peak Season Temporary Role | Earn over £840 per week during a busy seasonal assignment.

Meridian Business Support is recruiting Warehouse Operatives on behalf of a leading retailer based in North Acton. This is a full-time temporary opportunity supporting Black Friday and Christmas peak demand, with paid training provided and the potential for ongoing work beyond the initial assignment.

This role is ideal for candidates with warehouse, picking, packing, fulfilment, logistics or distribution experience who can commit to the full assignment period.

As a Warehouse Operative, you'll play a key role in ensuring customer orders are processed accurately and dispatched on time.

Responsibilities include:

Picking and packing customer orders to a high standard
Handling delicate products carefully and carrying out quality checks
Reporting any product defects or concerns to team leaders
Assisting with goods-in activities and stock movement
Processing returned items and customer returns
Supporting stock replenishment and packaging supplies
Maintaining a clean, organised and safe working environment
Working efficiently to achieve daily productivity targets
The majority of this assignment will involve order picking and packing, with additional warehouse support duties allocated when required.

Hours and Pay
Pay Rate: £14.80 per hour

Working Hours:

8am to 6pm (Apply online only))

To be considered for this Warehouse Operative position, you must be able to:

Work 6 days per week throughout the assignment
Complete approximately 57 hours per week
Be flexible regarding your weekly day off
Remain standing for most of a 9.5-hour shift
Provide proof of your right to work in the UK

Previous warehouse, picker packer, fulfilment, distribution or logistics experience preferred
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Good reliability and attendance
A positive attitude and team-focused approach
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
