With general supervision, be responsible for the proper ordering, receiving, storage, inventory, and issuance of the facility's parts and supplies. Maintains the parts room, coordinates and controls the parts inventory program, and maintains accurate accounting records with the accounting department.

• Works to establish and maintain part stock level quantities with input from management. Sets CMMS min/max order quantities to maintain desired inventory level of parts in warehouse. This requires frequent checks of the reorder report generated by Micromain. This also requires checking the current

• Receives Parts - Physically checks in arriving parts and enters in required information in CMMS
• As equipment is purchased enters all OEM spare parts, not already in CMMS, into the CMMS master parts
• Assists mechanics in finding and signing pa1ts out of stock as
• Create and modify tasks in CMMS system as required.
• Label/tag and put away all parts and reorganize as needed.

• Generation work orders to issue all parts/materials that are signed out to
• Perform cycle counts of parts in warehouse on a weekly
• Assist in serializing repairable equipment and identify as a sub asset in CMMS e. pumps, motors
• Assist with entry of current assets and child assets in
• Prepare for shipment and coordinate pickup of parts to be shipped from plant to vendors
• Brings all parts received in the office area to the parts room on a daily basis. Patts too heavy to safely move alone should be reported to Maintenance to arrange moving to parts room
• All patts physically received in the parts room need to be logged into Micro Main on a daily
• Creates, and shares via email on a weekly basis (Tuesday), goals for parts storage/Micro Main improvement project for the coming week.

• Assist in the generation of Preventative Maintenance Work Orders as directed by

• Run the reports on the completed work order

Qualification Requirements:

Education and/or

Experience:

• High School, GED required, Associates Degree preferred
• Must be computer literate
• Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Access)
• Prior knowledge of Computerized Maintenance and/or Patts Inventory programs desired but not required
• Ability to think analytically
• Ability to manage time effectively
• Must show enthusiasm, initiative, pride in work and a commitment to the organization and its mission
• Good human relations skills, ability to work well with others and be a team member
