About the Role
We are seeking reliable and motivated Warehouse Operatives to join our fast-paced logistics team in London. We offer complete flexibility to fit your lifestyle—choose your shift length (8, 10, or 12 hours) and work across days, nights, or weekends with industry-leading pay rates.
Pay Rates & Shift Incentives
- Standard Day Rate: From £18.00 per hour
- Night Shift Premium: Up to £24.00 per hour
- Overtime & Bank Holidays: £29.00 per hour

- Picking and packing customer orders accurately using hand-held scanners.
- Loading and unloading delivery vehicles safely.
- Sorting and labeling incoming stock and placing items in correct storage zones.
- Maintaining cleanliness and adhering to strict health and safety regulations.
- Reliability: Punctual individuals with a strong work ethic.
- Physical Fitness: Capability to stand for long periods and lift packages safely.
- Flexibility: Willingness to commit to your chosen shift pattern.
- Experience: Previous warehouse experience is a plus, but full training is provided
