Veterinary Receptionist
NVA General Practice – Manchester, NH
We are looking for a friendly and organized Veterinary Receptionist to provide an excellent client experience and support our veterinary team.
Responsibilities- Greet clients and visitors, and respond to questions.
- Process incoming and outgoing pets, including documentation and handling payments.
- Answer phone calls, screen for service needs, and schedule appointments.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and e‑mail.
- Monitor the client waiting area to ensure cleanliness.
- Document and maintain client information, service data, and other pertinent details in our business operations software.
- Escalate complex matters to senior staff when necessary.
- Minimum of 6 months job‑related experience.
