If you’ve worked in hospitality, retail, customer service, sales, or another people‑focused profession, you may already have the skills we’re looking for.

We can teach you the automotive side of the business. What we’re looking for is someone who brings a positive attitude, a willingness to learn, and a genuine desire to help others.

As a Service Advisor, you’ll be the friendly face and voice of Next Gen Auto Care.

You’ll help customers navigate the sometimes confusing world of automotive repairs and maintenance.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Greeting customers and making them feel welcome and appreciated.
• Listening carefully to their concerns and asking thoughtful questions.
• Scheduling appointments and helping manage the daily workflow.
• Explaining recommended vehicle services and repairs in a clear, comfortable, and understandable way.
• Communicating repair estimates, timelines, and updates.
• Reviewing digital vehicle inspection reports with customers.
• Working with our technicians to help ensure a smooth customer experience.
• Following up with customers and building lasting relationships.
• Helping customers make informed decisions without pressure.
• Keeping accurate records and staying organized in a busy environment.
