CSR Supply Chain​/Order Processing

Job description:

We are seeking dedicated Customer Service professionals specializing in Supply Chain and Order Processing. This role is vital in ensuring seamless coordination between clients, internal teams, and suppliers to deliver exceptional service and operational efficiency. The successful candidate will leverage their expertise in project management, customer relationship management systems, and order processing tools to support our supply chain functions. • Manage end-to-end order processing workflows, ensuring accuracy and timely fulfillment using order management systems.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients regarding order status, delivery schedules, and supply chain inquiries, fostering strong relationship management.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, logistics, finance, and marketing teams to streamline processes and resolve order or supply issues efficiently.
• Utilize CRM systems to maintain detailed client profiles, track interactions, and support customer service problem-solving efforts.
• Analyze supply chain data to identify bottlenecks or inefficiencies, recommending improvements based on data-driven decision making.
• Assist in managing customer accounts by addressing service concerns promptly and maintaining high levels of client satisfaction.
• Use order processing tools to monitor inventory levels, coordinate shipments, and ensure compliance with client specifications.
• Communicate effectively with internal teams to facilitate smooth operations and uphold service quality standards.

• Proven experience in customer service roles within supply chain management or order processing environments.
• Strong proficiency with CRM systems and familiarity with customer relationship management best practices.
• Experience working with SAP is a plus
• Demonstrated project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel for data analysis and reporting purposes.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams.
