• Be able to see the areas on the ground that need litter removed and disposed of in containers
• Retrieve waste litter and place them in designated container
• Perform sweeping and cleaning of the breakrooms and maintenance shop areas
• Maintain positive work environment by acting and communicating in a manner that you get along with customers, clients, vendors, co‑workers and management

• Handle tools, equipment, fine motor skills
• Reach with hands and arms
• Climb and walk on heights often greater than 4 feet
• Occasionally must be able to lift equipment weighing up to 50 lbs.
