We have an exciting roadmap ahead for new products, services, production capacity and business expansion. As a result of this continued success, we are expanding our team in Campsie. We currently have an opportunity for a Production Trainer to join our team.
CareerKey Responsibilities / "What you'll do"
- This role is responsible for completing all new employee Production training plus on-going refresher training as required.
- It will involve the organising and maintaining of the Production training centre, with structured training plans devised for forthcoming week/month. Including the documentation of all training presentations and training records.
- Updating and maintaining team‑member’s competency matrices for all Production areas to in line with skill levels for various pay bands.
- Complete Technical Hydraulic Training for Team‑Members including but not limited to aspects of the Hydraulic Safety Roadmap.
- Upskilling and training team members on the use and maintenance of tools.
- Complete on the job training to individuals setting up crushers on the production line
- Assist with interviewing new applicants when required and assess their basic mechanical / hydraulic training.
- Complete and support training audits when required.
- Ad hoc tasks as required by the Quality manager to support Business needs and requirements.

Experience Level- Previous knowledge / experience working in a Manufacturing environment
- Previous Training Experience
- Good attention to detail
- Ability to work on own initiative
- Excellent Computer Skills
- Good teamwork and communication skills
- Machine/industry knowledge would be advantageous
