Job Title: Assembly – 2nd Shift

Location: 7 Aviation Park Dr, Londonderry, NH 03053

Pay rate: $17.76/hr – $19.54/hr

Work schedule: Monday – Friday | 3:30 PM – 12:00 AM

This role supports kit assembly operations by operating basic assembly machines and hand-powered equipment. The position emphasizes safety, quality, and accuracy while following established work instructions. This is a right-to-hire opportunity with long-term potential.

Positions: 2 (Right to Hire)

• Resume must be attached at time of submission
• Include 2–3 days/times when the candidate is available for an onsite interview
• $1,000 sign-on bonus after 60 days based on performance and attendance

• Operate assembly machines such as tape machines, bag sealers, and other hand-powered equipment
• Activate machines by pushing buttons, interrupting electrical eyes, and/or depressing pedals
• Verify safety equipment on machines is functional prior to starting work
• Follow operation sheets, prints, written work instructions, and verbal instructions as required
• Measure work piece dimensions to verify accuracy of machine operations
• Assemble and/or sort work pieces
• Report job operations and activities in SAP
• Maintain responsibility for quality of products produced
• Clean workstation at the end of job assignment or shift
• Perform other related duties as required
