Manufacturing Technician – Contract to Hire, 12 months, Full Time, Onsite, 2nd Shift, 3pm

Location: Londonderry, NH 03053 (Onsite)

Duration: 12 months

As a Manufacturing Technician you will:

• Detail-oriented and self-motivated, this role involves working in a small building to calibrate highly sensitive units and ensure they meet operational, quality, and cosmetic standards.
• The ideal candidate will have the ability to work autonomously for several hours a day and possess technical skills in mechanical, optical, or electrical assembly.

Essential Functions:

li>Follow and comply with documents such as work instructions, safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions.
• Continuously perform visual inspections of materials for defects and conduct any range of functional tests and cleaning at prescribed intervals to ensure proper operation of various components during assembly.
• Report deviations from standard to appropriate resource for review, instruction and authorization and conduct quality inspection at specified intervals.
• Maintain work area and equipment in a clean and orderly follows prescribed safety procedures.
• Perform job duties in a manner that complies with environmental, health and safety regulations, policies and procedures.
• Participate in meetings and working groups to solve problems, communicate issues, obtain approvals, and maintain specific level of knowledge pertaining to new requirements or policies.
• Production floor – benchwork with appropriate PPE.

Basic Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent with 0 to 3 years of prior related experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Demonstrated proficiency at completing 1–3 different operations within a work cell.

This position is only open to applicants who can be engaged on a W‑2 basis.

Pay Range: $22–$24/hr
