Harris Technologies is seeking a Manufacturing Technician B to join our team. The Manufacturing Technician B will provide support to the production line with alignment, assembly, and test.

• Read and interpret documents such as work instructions, safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions.
• Assemble mechanical, optical or electrical components and subassemblies following specified work instructions and procedures to ensure finished product meets established operational and cosmetic requirements.
• Continuously perform visual inspections of materials for defects and conduct functional tests and cleaning at prescribed intervals to ensure proper operation of various components during assembly.
• Report deviations from standard to appropriate resource for review, instruction and authorization and conduct quality inspection at specified intervals.
• Perform accurate data and record keeping.
• Maintain work area and equipment in a clean and orderly condition and follow prescribed safety procedures.
• Cultivate a culture that assures effective cross‑functional teamwork.
• Perform job duties in a manner that complies with environmental, health and safety regulations, policies and procedures.
• Demonstrate ethical and professional behavior in accordance with company values.

• High School Diploma or equivalent and a minimum of 4 years of prior relevant experience or 2 years post‑secondary/associate’s degree with 0 to 2 years of prior related experience.

• Computer skills required (Excel, Word);
  LabVIEW program preferred.
