CVAM Manufacturing Technician

Job Description Requirement/Must Have

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to follow work instructions, safety rules, and operating procedures.
• Ability to perform basic math using units of weight, measurement, volume, and distance.
• Ability to work independently and remain on task for extended periods.

• 1–3 years of related manufacturing, assembly, or technician experience.

• Perform basic testing operations by loading units, running test programs, and evaluating pass/fail criteria.
• Conduct visual inspections, functional testing, and cleaning of components at prescribed intervals.
• Report deviations from standard to appropriate personnel for review and authorization.
• Perform accurate data entry and record keeping.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
• Work with RTV, epoxy, and other bonding or adhesive materials.
• Participate in meetings and working groups to solve problems and communicate issues.
• Follow environmental, health, and safety regulations and company policies
• Support cross-functional teamwork and demonstrate ethical and professional behavior

• Ability to complete multiple operations within a work cell.
