Manufacturing Technician - Construction & Manufacturing - Analysts

Innova Solutions has a client that is immediately hiring for a Manufacturing Technician.

Schedule 4/10s Monday-Thursday

Shift 1st Start time 5:00AM

• The Manufacturing Technician assembles, aligns, and tests systems, components, and subassemblies following specified work instructions and procedures to ensure finished product meets established operational and cosmetic requirements.
• Working knowledge of electronic, optical and mechanical assemblies
• Perform basic computer activities with programs provided
• Identify, utilize, and perform preventive maintenance on tools and test equipment.
• Demonstrate comprehension of engineering prints and schematics.
• Report deviations from standard to appropriate resource for review, instruction and authorization and obtains quality inspection when appropriate
• Support Lean manufacturing efforts through continuous process improvement
• Maintain work area and equipment in a clean and orderly condition and follows prescribed safety procedures
• Apply considerable English language skills to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
• Apply considerable math skills to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
• Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent.
• Cultivate a culture that assures effective cross functional teamwork
• Perform job duties in a manner that complies with environmental, health and safety regulations, policies and procedures
• Demonstrate ethical and professional behavior in accordance with company values

Idela Candidate will have:

• Computer literate.
• Ability to navigate a computer’s different software.
• Requires minimal job knowledge/skills.
• Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent with 1 to 3 years of prior related experience
• Lab View program experience preferred
• Demonstrated proficiency at operating 25%-50% of workstations as documented by training records
