Staff Nurse- LPN​/RN; 2nd shift

RN: $41–$48/hour | LPN: $34–$43/hour + shift differentials

2nd shift, 3–11 p.m. | 32 hours per week

S/T/W/TH and M/TH/F/S

3–7 years of nursing experience, with assisted living or rehab skills and stable tenure.

The Orchard Inn, operated by The Baldwin, is seeking an RN or LPN to provide attentive resident care, administer medications and treatments, and respond to changes in condition.

The facility currently serves approximately 20 residents, with capacity for 40 and a maintained nurse-to-resident ratio of 20:1.

• Administer medications and prescribed treatments according to physician orders and care plans.
• Provide direct care, monitor residents’ physical and mental status, and report changes.
• Respond to emergencies in independent living apartments and common areas.
• Maintain medication inventory and accurate care records, incident reports, and physician orders.
• Assist with CARES assessments and quality assurance audits.
• Support Resident Services and the Health Clinic through cross-training.
• Follow HIPAA requirements, facility policies, and applicable regulations.

• RN or LPN qualifications.
• Strong medication administration, clinical observation, and documentation skills.
• Ability to respond appropriately to resident emergencies.
• Clear communication, teamwork, and professionalism.
• Knowledge of confidentiality requirements and ability to follow care plans and physician orders.
• Assisted living or rehab experience preferred, ideally with 3–7 years of nursing experience and a history of longevity.

• RN: $41–$48/hour, depending on experience.
• LPN: $34–$43/hour, depending on experience.
• 2nd-shift differential: $2/hour.
• 3rd-shift differential: $3/hour.
• Weekend differential: $7/hour.
