Job Description
Facilities Technician – Full time contract, contract to hire. Duration: 12 months.
Location:
Londonderry, NH 03053 (Onsite / 1st shift).
Responsibilities:
- Moving production benches and office furniture.
- Complete setup and teardown for events and meetings.
- Escort vendors who perform onsite work.
- Conduct routine, periodic, or special inspections to determine repair and maintenance work as necessary.
- Responding to maintenance requests and emergencies in a timely manner.
- Maintaining a safe and clean work environment.
- Performing on-site preventative maintenance, routine repair, and calibration.
- Handling basic, non‑complex products and/or problems, referring more complex problems to higher‑level technicians.
- Using experience and technical skills with preventative maintenance and system operations to determine service requirements.
- Advising manager of preventative maintenance inspections performed and corrective actions to be taken.
Ideal candidate will:
- High School Diploma or equivalent and a minimum of 3‑5 years of prior relevant experience in facilities maintenance or a related trade (e.g., electrician, plumber, HVAC technician).
- Perform on‑site preventative maintenance, routine repair, and calibration.
- Handle basic, non‑complex products and/or problems, referring more complex problems to higher‑level technicians.
Preferred
Skills:
- HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing & Carpentry
- HAZMAT
- Flooring Specialist (installation and inspection of flooring)

Pay & BenefitsPay Range: $26 – $28 per hour.
