Facilities Technician - Contractor Civil, Electrical Mechanical Engineering - Analysts

Job Description

Facilities Technician – Full time contract, contract to hire. Duration: 12 months.

Location:

Londonderry, NH 03053 (Onsite / 1st shift).

Responsibilities:

• Moving production benches and office furniture.
• Complete setup and teardown for events and meetings.
• Escort vendors who perform onsite work.
• Conduct routine, periodic, or special inspections to determine repair and maintenance work as necessary.
• Responding to maintenance requests and emergencies in a timely manner.
• Maintaining a safe and clean work environment.
• Performing on-site preventative maintenance, routine repair, and calibration.
• Handling basic, non‑complex products and/or problems, referring more complex problems to higher‑level technicians.
• Using experience and technical skills with preventative maintenance and system operations to determine service requirements.
• Advising manager of preventative maintenance inspections performed and corrective actions to be taken.

Ideal candidate will:

• High School Diploma or equivalent and a minimum of 3‑5 years of prior relevant experience in facilities maintenance or a related trade (e.g., electrician, plumber, HVAC technician).
• Perform on‑site preventative maintenance, routine repair, and calibration.
• Handle basic, non‑complex products and/or problems, referring more complex problems to higher‑level technicians.

Preferred

Skills:

• HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing & Carpentry
• HAZMAT
• Flooring Specialist (installation and inspection of flooring)

Pay Range: $26 – $28 per hour.
