Position: Office Manager - Lonetree, CO

Office Manager – Lonetree, CO

Full‑time, Entry Level

Base pay: $65,000 - $90,000 per year (based on experience)

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Manage office supplies, inventory, and equipment, coordinating orders and purchases as needed
  • Order catering for office events and plan off‑site employee events
  • Assist security personnel in verifying visitors
  • Escort facilities vendors
  • Manage OSHA reporting and training requirements for ICR
  • Coordinate and monitor seating requirements and update electronic records
  • Communicate with property manager for all items regarding building management
  • Shipping/receiving of office supplies and program equipment
  • Asset tracking and tagging of new equipment arriving to each site
  • Process invoices, expense reports, and reimbursements accurately and in a timely manner
  • Keep management informed by reviewing and analyzing special reports; summarizing information; identifying trends
  • Help maintain office staff by aiding in recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees
  • Maintain company swag inventory
  • Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
  • Annual equipment inventory reporting
Required Qualifications / Skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Managing processes
  • Proficient in office management software, including MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with office equipment
  • Developing standards

  • Strong problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities

Education, Experience, and Licensing Requirements
  • Ability to transfer/obtain/maintain a U.S. government Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility – U.S. citizenship required
  • Drug screen required as part of the hiring process
