If you like solving complex EVM issues using your deep analytical skills , this is the opportunity for you! As a Principal Earned Value Management Specialist, you will provide Earned Value Management implementation support to ensure compliance with all government requirements. You will develop standard formats, conduct EVM training to develop EVM skills, and provide EVM oversight to establish program management ownership of program performance data.

You will lead data analytics and advise leadership on areas to improve business performance. You will also support the Program Finance leaders in fulfilling their responsibilities to ongoing cross department continuous improvement, problem solving, project implementation, training, and governance efforts.

As SNC's corporate team, we provide the company and its business areas with strategic direction and business support spanning executive management, finance and accounting, operations, human resources, legal, IT, information security, facilities, marketing, and communications.
** Responsibilities:
** This role will be hired within the Corporate EVMS Compliance Department and will ensure SNC has the appropriate procedures, technology, and training to support compliant bidding, planning, execution, and surveillance activities for materials and major / minor subcontracts.

Partner with Engineering & Operations to implement the procedure, training, and technology requirements to ensure vertical integration and quantifiable back up data for the following:
* High Value, Critical, and Low Value Material,
* System, Subsystem, and Manufacturing Orders
* Development Materials
* Maintenance and Spares Materials
* Tooling and Equipment
* Modification Materials
* Production Materials
* Other Purchased Goods Partner with Operations to implement the procedure, training, and technology requirements to ensure borrow/payback, residual, and excess material are accurately planned and forecasted in the performance measurement baseline and estimate tner with Accounting to implement the procedure, training, and technology requirements to ensure ACWP, Accruals, and Estimated Actuals are aligned with performance taken for material items.

Partner with Subcontract Management to implement the procedure, training, and technology requirements for planning, scheduling, budgeting, work authorization, cost accumulation, measuring progress, and performance reporting for all work effort that subcontractors are performing on earned value programs.

Partner with Proposal Management, Program Management, Business Operations, and Subcontract Management to develop and implement the procedure and training on EVMS flow down requirements, including IBRs, cost and schedule reporting, and EVMS surveillance activities.

Ensure that the corporate procedures, training, and technology related to material and subcontract cost, schedule, and performance measurement are relevant, effective, and efficient.
** Qualifications You Must Have:
*** A Bachelor's degree in business, or a related field and typically 14+ years of related work experience.
* Higher education may substitute for relevant experience             
• Relevant experience may be considered in lieu of required education
* A proven background and competency in Earned Value Management
* Strong understanding of material and contractual requirements and how they impact the EVM process.
* Ability to develop effective EVM procedures, training, and work instructions relative to regulatory standards and internal processes
* Apply Earned Value Management concepts in working with federal government contracts, budget process, and fund management
* Capability to perform in depth earned value data analysis, inclusive of data quality checks and CDRL/SDRL (IPMR, CFSR, CSDR, etc.) review
* Advanced skills in Earned Value Management software (Deltek Cobra), and familiarity with scheduling software (MS Project) and self service analytics (Power

BI)
* Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret U.S. Security Clearance is required
