Responsibilities

• Primary point of contact for families, staff, and visitors at the front desk
• Manage phone systems, daily school communications, and front desk operations
• Support compliance: ratios, incident documentation, and follow‑through
• Maintain accurate, timely, well‑organized records per regulatory requirements
• Collaborate with teachers and leadership to support campus needs
• Coordinate supplies, materials, signage, and school organization

Qualifications

• Strong administrative background with proven ability to manage documentation, systems, and multiple priorities
• Professional communicator experienced supporting families and customers in a front‑facing role
• Highly organized, proactive, detail‑oriented, dependable
• Comfortable managing digital platforms and systems (Workspace, Slack, Procare, etc.)
• Willingness and ability to learn Colorado childcare regulations, including ratios, documentation, and compliance expectations
• PDIS Level 2 or higher, CDA, Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred (not required)
• Must meet all Colorado Department of Early Childhood (CDEC) background and employment eligibility requirements for licensed early childhood education programs

Compensation – $23.00–$25.00 per hour, based on experience and education
