Job Summary

We are seeking a CHILDCARE TEACHER to join our team at New Horizon Academy in all classrooms.

• Be able to work full‑time (Monday‑Friday)
• Qualify as an Early Childhood Teacher (ECT) Lead within the state of Colorado (must provide credentials)
• Have a positive work ethic
• Have previous childcare experience (required)

• Meets or exceeds state qualifications for this position.
• Has prior experience in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
• Complies with state department guidelines and background study requirements.
• Can provide proof of identity and eligibility to work legally in the United States.
• Has the physical abilities to perform the required duties with or without accommodations.
• Communicates effectively with children, families, and staff and understands licensing regulations and company policies.
