As an Engineering Manager, you will be using your skills and expertise to manage functional teams through program execution for our products and services. These cover a very wide range of groundbreaking aerospace and defense technologies - those that exist today and those that will shape tomorrow. You will represent the engineering flight sciences disciplines at all management level meetings. You will own and continuously improve processes and procedures, oversee training of staff and provide technical direction as required.
As the Flight Sciences Engineering Manager, you will play a key role in fostering a culture of improvement and development within our engineering organization. You will work closely with the program engineering teams to identify areas for improvement and help develop and implement solutions. *** Manage a team of engineers across the flight sciences disciplines deployed across programs at IAS.

** Must-haves:
*** Bachelors of Science degree in a related discipline and typically 10 or more years of relevant technical experience, which includes 6+ years of management experience.

* Ability to work in multi-disciplinary design and development teams
