• Help customers complete taxes using Intuit Turbo Tax products
• Provide tax advice, full-service return preparation, tax calculations, and manage product/software inquiries
• Use government websites, professional resources, and team expertise to deliver correct answers in everyday language
• Interact with customers via video communication software and document interactions accurately

• Minimum 2 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 returns using commercial tax prep software
• Active, unrestricted credential: EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) written & spoken communication skills
• Passionate about helping clients navigate taxation and committed to enhancing Intuit’s brand
• Excellent customer service skills and confident interaction via video/audio tools

• Acceptable internet connection meeting Intuit security criteria
• Availability to work a minimum of 20 hours per week, spread across three or more days

Expected base pay range varies by location. Example ranges:
Bay Area and Southern California $28.80-$36.50 per hour;
Colorado $27.50-$34.80 per hour;
Hawaii $28.80-$36.50 per hour;
Illinois $27.50-$34.80 per hour;
Massachusetts $28.80-$36.50 per hour;
Minnesota $24.80-$30.30 per hour;
New Jersey $28.80-$36.50 per hour;
New York $28.80-$36.50 per hour;
Ohio $24.80-$30.30 per hour;
Vermont $27.50-$34.80 per hour;
Washington $28.80-$36.50 per hour;
Washington DC $28.80-$36.50 per hour. Eligible for cash bonus, equity rewards, and benefits per Intuit plans. Pay is based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and work location.
