Here is some of what you can expect from being a Pharmacy Technician II with us:

  • You will perform functions related to pharmaceutical preparation and distribution.

  • You will complete non-sterile compounding, stocking automated dispensing cabinets, unit dose drug preparation, delivering medications to patient care areas

  • You will check medication storage areas for outdates, billing, and other duties as assigned.

  • You may work in one or more specialty areas of pharmacy. Examples: IV room, controlled substance distribution and monitoring, automation, informatics, medication reconciliation.

Position Requirements
  • Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT or national equivalent) with Colorado Board of Pharmacy (DORA) issued Pharmacy Technician Certificate, or Colorado Board of Pharmacy (DORA) issued Provisional Pharmacy Technician Certificate
