The Supervisor of Laboratory Support Services, organizes and directs the daily activities of the pre-analytical laboratory personnel. Supervises the administrative, technical and organizational operations of the laboratory services and send out department and staff. Prepares a work schedule to provide adequate coverage and effective utilization of personnel. Supervises and participates in the orientation of new employees, staff development, in-service, evaluation and documentation of competency and corrective action of the personnel.
