Responsibilities
  • Collaborate closely with internal change management teams to optimize the use and functionality of our core operational platforms.
  • Provide essential support for our internal content and data framework, ensuring data accuracy and robust reporting capabilities.
  • Establish and maintain structured reporting schedules and implement effective feedback mechanisms to continuously improve content and communication strategies.
  • Conduct thorough analysis of trends in content engagement and information dissemination, translating findings into actionable insights for our communication and change management stakeholders.
Required Skills & Experience
  • Proven experience in content management and information architecture.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify trends and provide data-driven recommendations.
  • Experience in developing and implementing reporting cadences and feedback loops.
  • Proficiency with content collaboration platforms, including strong expertise in SharePoint.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a knack for cross-functional collaboration.
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to data integrity and process improvement.
