Reimbursement Systems Specialist

Location: Lone Tree

Compensation: $28.50 - $31.50/hr

Job Type: Contract (3+ months)

Aim Hire is partnering with a client to hire a Reimbursement Systems Specialist responsible for implementing and supporting SignHEAR powered by Docu Sign and Brightree systems. This role provides onboarding management, system setup, ongoing system maintenance, troubleshooting, and cross‑functional collaboration to ensure an exceptional customer and partner experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the onboarding process for SignHEAR powered by Docu Sign for new clinics.
  • Build strong relationships with clinic representatives, understand needs, and communicate service value to secure engagement.
  • Provide administrative support and initial system setup, including Docu Sign templates and user account creation.
  • Provide Brightree support, including new user setup, MyForms configuration, troubleshooting, and system maintenance.
  • Create and update Brightree user accounts, insurance plans, and price tables.
  • Research, analyze, and understand user needs to ensure systems support business and customer requirements.
  • Identify gaps, challenges, and areas for process improvement; provide recommendations.
  • Generate and analyze monthly metric reports for SignHEAR.
  • Maintain collaborative communication with business partners and internal teams.
  • Serve as a liaison across departments to ensure smooth system usage and excellent customer experience.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience.
  • 2–3 years of relevant experience.
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
  • Experience operationalizing systems such as SignHEAR, Brightree, Salesforce, etc.
  • Ability to work cross‑functionally and manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills (in person and virtual).
  • Experience supporting systems within reimbursement operations, customer service, or similar environments.
