** Qualifications You Must Have:
*** Bachelors degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field of study and typically 6+ years of relevant experience  + A higher level degree may substitute for experience  + Related experience may be considered in lieu of required education
* Ability to effectively and clearly communicate program and financial related information
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office Software, especially Excel
* Proficient and demonstrable Earned Value Management practices
* Demonstrated experience in leading and mentoring teams
* Experience in process and tool improvement
* Well-versed in working with Earned Value Management (EVM) techniques and applications
* Background in the Aerospace and Defense Industry
* ** The ability to obtain and maintain a Secret U.S. Security Clearance is required

Estimated Starting Salary Range: $94,345.12 - $. Compensation varies depending on a wide array of factors, such as candidates' key skills, relevant work experience, and education/training/certifications. The disclosed range estimate may be adjusted for any applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled.
