ONE Sky Ridge is seeking a Registered Nurse NICU III to support our mission of optimizing the quality of life for all patients. The NICU III RN oversees and directs the care of neonatal patients, serves as the primary nurse leading the collaboration of all disciplines for well‑coordinated patient care, and maintains final accountability for the care given to assigned patients.

The position requires leadership, clinical expertise, and a commitment to exceptional patient outcomes.

Hourly Wage Estimate: $36.50 – $55.25 per hour. The estimate represents the typical wage range for candidates hired. Factors that may influence salary include skills, experience, and comparison to other employees in the role.

• Oversee and direct the care of premature and ill newborn patients meeting Level III admissions criteria.
• Act as the primary nurse leading collaboration with all disciplines for coordinated patient care.
• Direct and supervise assistive personnel while maintaining final accountability for patient care.
• Perform duties as assigned by the supervising provider.

• Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Registered Nurse Diploma (or equivalent).
• Basic Cardiac Life Support certification obtained within 30 days of employment start date.
• Neonate Resuscitation certification obtained within 30 days of employment start date.
