Registered Nurse (RN)

DaVita is hiring a Registered Nurse to provide compassionate, high‑quality care in an outpatient dialysis center. No dialysis experience is required; training will occur in a clinic or training clinic, and you will float to various clinics during and after your training.

• Build meaningful, long‑term relationships with patients and families in an intimate outpatient setting.
• Work with a supportive, collaborative team in a positive environment.
• Deliver care to patients with multiple co‑morbidities, applying a broad range of nursing skills.
• Oversee a group of patients with PCT support, conducting observations, measuring stats, and setting up machines.
• Work flexible hours, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

• Associate’s Degree in Nursing (ADN) from an accredited school of nursing required;
  Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred; a three‑year diploma from an accredited diploma program may be substituted for a nursing degree.
• Experience in ICU, CCU, ER, or Med‑Surg is helpful but not required.
• Certified Nephrology Nurse (CNN) or Certified Dialysis Nurse (CDN) certification is an asset.
