ONE Sky Ridge!

Provides patient careutilizingthe nursing process – assessment, care planning, implementation, and reassessment – for the identified patient population per the Colorado Nurse Practice Act. Documents patient care administered.

Promotes interdisciplinary communication and care. The delivery of care is based on the age, physical, psychosocial, cultural, safety and learning needs of the individual patient. Demonstrates basic and unit specific competencies.

What qualifications you will need:

• Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
• Registered Nurse license in the state of Colorado, or multistate license
• Associate Degree, BSN desireable
• Two or more years of RN experience in an acute setting
