Pay: $12.14/hour + tips (minimum $18.00/hour)
Training Pay: $15.16/hour

The White Chocolate Grill in Lone Tree is hiring Food Runners to join our exceptional front‑of‑house team. We’re looking for hospitality‑focused individuals passionate about food, service, and creating unforgettable guest experiences. Whether you’re a seasoned pro or just starting, if you have the drive and professionalism, we want to meet you.

Compensation
Training Pay: $15.16/hour
Base Pay after Training: $12.14/hour + tips
Average tips range from $8–$12/hour; we guarantee a combined $18.00/hour after training.

Requirements

• Offering genuine hospitality with fast and friendly service
• Ability to learn the menu food and beverage offerings and test on that knowledge
• Must be at least 16 years old
• Looking for long‑term employment, not a seasonal role
• Ability to walk for long periods of time, climb stairs, and move about the restaurant
• Ability to lift, push, pull or carry objects up to 40 lbs
• Ability to remain standing for an 8‑hour shift
• Availability to work holidays and weekends
• Work in a noisy and fast‑paced environment, indoors and/or outdoors, exposed to hot and/or cold
