Reporting to the Store Manager, the Sales Associate guarantees a consistently high customer experience within the store utilizing Psycho Bunny’s core values and service standards.

• Assist with the store’s visual directives and maintain standards of housekeeping.
• Develop a full understanding of computer systems to ring transactions and perform other functions.
• Protect store assets and inventory through awareness of loss prevention procedures.
• Employ an authentic approach to clienteling and building long-term relationships with customers.
• Build a highly satisfied and loyal customer base through engagement, conversion and capturing customer phone and e-mail.
• Assist with all other duties as required by store management.

• Minimum of 1 year of retail sales experience.
• Naturally competitive and possess an outgoing and fun personality.
• Demonstrate a passion for providing outstanding customer service.
• Able to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to foster a customer-focused selling culture.
• Able to work collaboratively with all other Psycho Bunny team members.

• Base pay range: $16.50/hr - $17.50/hr
