Assistant Manager II – Palm Beach Tan

We’re looking for an energetic Assistant Manager to join our salon in Lone Tree, CO. Immediate positions available.

• PTO package
• Flexible work schedule – minimum 35 hours per week

• Complete required 5‑week manager‑training course with performance metrics
• Maintain store staff by interviewing, hiring, and developing employees
• Create a positive, respectful environment for employees and customers
• Meet self‑performance metrics and help employees reach theirs
• Analyze daily sales information to maximize sales
• Meet banking, safety, operations and legal requirements
• Control expenses: labor, inventory, and maintenance
• Assign, manage, and follow up on daily tasks to keep the store clean, stocked, and organized
• Provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer issues

• At least 18 years of age
• One year of supervisory experience
• Strong motivation and ability to motivate others
• Ability to stand, bend, walk for long periods
• Ability to lift 25 pounds without assistance
• Reliable transportation
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Other duties as assigned

Starting pay $17.50 plus commission. Immediate positions available.
