The Business Development Representative is responsible for identifying and cultivating new business opportunities and driving profitable revenue growth outside of Logic Integration’s existing marketing machine. This is a strategic “hunter” role focused on generating qualified leads, securing in‑person meetings, and collaborating with the sales and engineering teams to convert opportunities into successful projects.
Logic Integration does not chase high‑volume bid work. However, if there are three or fewer bidders or if there is an existing relationship with the client, GC, or partner, Logic will evaluate the opportunity. Logic Integration is typically in the middle to upper range of pricing, reflecting the company’s commitment to fantastic support, in‑house engineering and programming, and a superior customer experience.
After each project is complete, Logic provides two‑hour response time, and 48‑72 hour guaranteed onsite time for all support and service needs — a key differentiator in the market.
The ideal candidate is a connector, networker, and results‑driven professional who thrives on creating meaningful relationships and measurable business growth.
Requirements- 3+ years in business development, sales, or partner development (AV, construction, or technology industry preferred).
- Proven record of generating new revenue and closing opportunities.
- Strong communication, networking, and presentation skills.
- Familiarity with CRM tools (Zoho preferred) and pipeline management.
- Self‑motivated and comfortable working autonomously within a structured framework.
