Our Front Desk Associates are passionate about fitness and delivering a superior experience. They prioritize driving sales and revenue within the studio.
Our associates are responsible for meeting studio sales goals, membership renewals, and ancillary service goals through strategic outreach, in-club leads (including first-time riders), and securing member referrals. Under the management of a Franchise Owner, national sales director, and the Cycle Bar Experience team, Sales Leads must exemplify leadership qualities. They should build lasting relationships with prospective and current members to foster strong ambassadorship and retention.
The Sales Lead is rooted in hospitality and upholds our mission of fueling an energetic communal experience.
Requirements:
- 1+ years of retail/service sales or fitness sales experience.
- Confidence in generating personal sales and training Sales Reps in sales.
- Ability to manage and drive two revenue streams: memberships and retail.
- Fluency in English with excellent communication and interpersonal skills in person, on the phone, and via email.
- Ability to excel in a fast-changing, diverse environment.
- Recognize areas for improvement and implement changes using good judgment.
- Passion for fitness.
- Strong writing and grammar skills.
- Highly organized with proficiency in data management, prioritization, and meeting deadlines.
- Professional, punctual, reliable, and neat.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Trustworthy with the ability to handle confidential information.
- Ability to work harmoniously with colleagues, clients, and the public.
- Proficiency with computers and studio software.
Duties:
- Membership sales
- Lead generation through grassroots marketing and networking
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the studio
- Participate in networking/community events and studio promotions
- Manage marketing campaigns to generate leads
- Other duties as assigned
- Acquire new members and retain existing ones
- Convert non-membership users to members
- Plan outreach activities monthly to secure first-time riders/leads
- Build rapport and relationships with members, embodying hospitality and the Cycle Bar culture
- Work with the General Manager to coach, train, and educate the team on hospitality and sales tactics
- Set and work towards monthly, weekly, and daily sales goals with the team
- Drive referral business through ambassadorship
