Dynamic Cycle Bar studio in Lone Tree, CO is seeking a motivated sales‑minded individual with a passion for influencing first‑time riders. Responsibilities and qualifications are outlined below.

$15.00/hr - $18.00/hr

• Drive studio sales goals through membership renewals and ancillary service sales.
• Generate leads with strategic new customer outreach and in‑club first‑time riders.
• Secure member referrals and maintain relationships with prospective and current members.
• Maintain studio cleanliness and organization.
• Participate in networking and community events to promote the studio.
• Implement strategic marketing campaigns to generate leads.
• Assist in converting non‑members into membership base.
• Support the General Manager and Owner in setting and meeting monthly, weekly, and daily targets.
• Actively coach, train, and educate the Sales Associate team on hospitality and sales conversion tactics.

• 1+ years of retail/service sales or fitness sales experience.
• Confident in generating personal sales and training Sales Reps.
• Ability to manage and drive membership and retail revenue streams.
• Fluent in English with excellent communication and interpersonal skills in person, on the telephone, and via email.
• Ability to excel in a fast‑changing, diverse environment.
• Strong judgment to recognize areas of improvement and implement changes.
• Affinity and passion for fitness.
• Solid writing and grammar skills.
• Highly organized, data‑management proficiency, and ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
• Professional, punctual, reliable and neat appearance.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Trustworthiness and ability to handle confidential information.
• Ability to work harmoniously with co‑workers, clients, and the general public.
• Proficiency with computers and Studio software.
