Summary:

Responsible for the maintenance of commercial landscapes.

• Maintain job site as instructed by Foreman. Possible duties include, but are not limited to mowing, rakeing, weeding, shearing, edging, and hand pruning
• Safe operation of equipment, including: 21” and 36” mowers; power hedge shears; power shears; backpack blower; aerator
• Basic understanding of Plant
• Basic hand pruning skills; basic skill in shearing shrubs and hedges
• Operate all vehicles and equipment in accordance with Monarch Safety Policy
• Abide by Monarch code of conduct at all times
• Shows up to work each day on time; completes all tasks within time expectations; adheres to company dress code policy; wears clean clothes to work each day; follows inclement weather policy and sick leave reporting procedures

• Experience: Commercial landscape experience preferred, but not required
• License or Certification: Valid Driver’s License issued from state of employment, preferred but not required

  Bi-lingual English/Spanish preferred but not required;

Base pay range: $17.00/hr - $22.00/hr
