At UFC Gym, MMA Coach is responsible for ensuring a positive customer experience. Coaches are responsible for delivering excellent member service, Private Training, and achieving supplement revenue. They are also responsible for meeting revenue goals related to Private Training and Supplements. This position requires availability for at least one day on the weekend, either Saturday, Sunday, or both.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Sales Execution on Key Metrics:
  • Sell and conduct Private & Small Group Training sessions with members.
  • Assist members and encourage involvement in private training.
  • Ensure accurate administration of client programs, supplement purchases, measurement tracking, and workout programs. Be punctual, prepared, and attentive for training appointments.
  • Assist in revenue-generating activities such as complimentary workouts, supplement booths, body fat assessments, seminars, and workshops.
  • Sell training sessions, prospect effectively, conduct guest tours, and complete sales through the Turn-Over process as needed.
  • Achieve personal monthly revenue goals related to Private Coaching and Supplements, meeting all minimum standards for sessions and sales.
  • Perform “Starter Sessions” and prospecting activities.

  • Conduct safe and effective private MMA training sessions.
  • Maintain organized and neat training and fitness areas at all times.
  • REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
    • Deep knowledge of Private Training techniques, from assessment to program design.
    • Working knowledge of the dotFIT program and software.
    • Ability to operate all fitness equipment.
    • Knowledge of company policies, including safety and emergency procedures.
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
    • Positive, enthusiastic attitude and strong customer service orientation.
    • Ability to follow oral and written instructions clearly and concisely.
    • Strong organizational skills, record-keeping, and multitasking abilities.
    • Experience with office equipment and proficiency in Word and Excel.
    • Ability to work, set up, and execute successful weekend sessions.
    • Extroverted, self-motivated, and customer-focused.
    Recommended

    Experience:
    • Current CPR/AED certification.
    • Certification from a recognized organization by UFC Gym and/or a pro-am fight background.
    • High school diploma or GED.
    • Four-year degree in a related field (preferred).
    • Current dotFIT certification (preferred).
    • Minimum of 1 year of related experience.
