Position: CDL-A Regional Truck Driver Home Biweekly

Experienced CDL-A drivers who want predictable miles and a clean regional setup will feel at home in this position. The lane offers steady freight, no-touch loads, and scheduled home time. New CDL graduates are also welcome and placed into a paid mentor program before running solo.

What the job looks like
  • Consistent regional operation with dry van and refrigerated freight
  • 2,100 to 2,300 miles per week, planned and repeatable
  • Home every two weeks with a full 34 to 48 hour reset
  • No-touch freight on all loads
Pay structure
  • Weekly pay from $1,300 to $1,600 based on experience
  • Experienced drivers are placed at a higher CPM range immediately
  • New drivers move to CPM pay after completing paid training
  • Pay issued weekly by direct deposit
  • Additional pay for detention, layovers, and extra stops
For drivers with less experience
  • Recent CDL graduates complete 4 to 6 weeks of paid one-on-one mentor training
  • Structured transition from training to solo operation
  • Clear expectations and consistent lanes after upgrade
Truck and support setup
  • Assigned late model automatic equipment
  • APU equipped trucks for comfort and rest
  • No slip seating
  • Rider and pet options available after training
  • 24/7 operational and dispatch support

Who we are looking for
  • Valid Class A CDL holders, age 21 or older
  • Experienced drivers with verifiable tractor trailer time encouraged to apply
  • Recent CDL school graduates accepted with at least 120 hours of training
  • Safe driving history with no recent DUIs or major preventable accidents
  • Must pass DOT physical and drug screening
