Job Opportunity – ICU Registered Nurse – Colorado

Start Date: January 26, 2026

Location: Littleton, Colorado

Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants

Schedule: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM, 12-hour shifts. Day shift includes 1 charge nurse with RN-to-patient ratio of 1:2–3. Ratios may increase during overflow periods.

• Exposure to high-acuity procedures including rapid intubation, chest tubes, and external ventricular drains (EVD)

Requirements:

• Active RN license in Colorado (or compact state license)
• Critical care experience with neuro and trauma populations required
• Neuro certification preferred
• Flexibility and adaptability; must be comfortable with assignment changes mid-shift based on patient acuity
• Strong clinical judgment and ability to manage rapidly changing patient conditions
