Construction infrastructure corporation seeks a detail-oriented, highly organized Accountant to manage and process multiple monthly Time and Material (T&M) invoices across various projects. Monthly invoices will span approximately 20 Joint Ventures totaling $2.5M a month. The role requires strong analytical skills and the ability to apply different invoicing methodologies based on JV contract terms. The Accountant will directly support the Controller with additional ad‑hoc analysis and projects as requested.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare, review, and submit multiple monthly T&M invoices in accordance with joint‑venture agreement terms, ensuring timeliness and accuracy. Invoicing is completed within a two-week period after month‑end close.
- Reconcile labor hours and material costs to ensure accuracy; work with payroll and project management to confirm correct invoicing of labor hours monthly.
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting preferred or equivalent work experience.
- Preferred infrastructure construction experience.
- Proficiency in accounting software and advanced Excel skills.
- Excellent attention to detail, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
Pay $25-35/hr
