Century Group is partnering with a client that is seeking a Controller to join their team. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Expected starting base salary of $150,000 to $180,000 per year.

• Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow reports.
• Oversee month‑end and year‑end close processes, including journal entries, reconciliations, and accruals.
• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, including invoicing, collections, and vendor payments.
• Supervise inventory accounting, COGS reporting, and validate BOMs, standard costs, and margin analysis.
• Lead and mentor the accounting team while implementing process improvements and internal controls.

• Demonstrate strong knowledge of GAAP and experience with manufacturing accounting practices.
• Apply advanced Excel skills and proficiency in ERP systems such as SAP, Sage, or Quick Books.
• Communicate effectively with cross‑functional teams, including Operations, Supply Chain, and HR.
• Ensure compliance with tax filings, audit requirements, and internal control standards.
• Utilize strong analytical skills to support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.

• A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA certification required.
• 7+ years of progressive accounting experience, including 3+ years in a supervisory role.
• Show experience in a Top 10 accounting firm and familiarity with private equity environments.
• Exhibit expertise in cost accounting and managing general ledger integrity.
• Display strong leadership abilities and willingness to travel domestically or internationally as needed.
