Role Description

This is a full‑time, on‑site Accounting Bookkeeper role located in Long Beach, CA. The Accounting Bookkeeper will handle day‑to‑day financial operations, including preparing and maintaining financial statements, recording transactions, managing journal entries, and processing accounts payable/receivable. Additional responsibilities involve utilizing accounting software for accurate record‑keeping and ensuring compliance with financial procedures and policies. The Accounting Bookkeeper will collaborate with the finance team to support operational and financial goals.

Qualifications
  • Proficiency in financial statements and managing accurate journal entries in line with accounting standards
  • Strong experience in bookkeeping and hands‑on knowledge of accounting software
  • Understanding of finance principles and practices
  • Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to prioritize tasks
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
  • Prior experience or a degree in accounting, finance, or a related field considered an asset
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment
