Prestigious Hospitality Org targeting an experienced Director of Accounting and Finance to join the team.
Compensation: $145,000–$165,000 + 20% performance bonus
Schedule: 100% onsite
Responsibilities- Lead the property's finance and accounting operations, including financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, cash management, audits, and capital planning.
- Partner with senior leadership to analyze operating results, identify opportunities to improve profitability, and support strategic decision-making.
- Oversee monthly and annual financial statements, variance analysis, financial controls, and year‑end audits.
- Lead, mentor, and develop the finance and accounting team while driving accountability and process improvement.
- Support capital projects, long‑range planning, and financial reporting for key stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Significant accounting and finance leadership experience within luxury hospitality
- 5+ years of senior finance/accounting management experience.
- Strong background in complex hotel or resort financial operations, budgeting, forecasting, audits, cash flow, and capital expenditures.
- Experience with resort openings, expansions, renovations, or major capital projects highly desirable.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and analytical skills with a hands‑on management style.
- Net Suite or comparable ERP experience is a plus.
Compensation: $145,000–$165,000 base + 20% performance‑based bonus and comprehensive benefits.
This is a 100% onsite leadership position. Local candidates are strongly preferred, although relocation may be considered.
