Compensation: $200-230K

• Additional Long Term Incentive plan as well

Great team, but needs someone who can bring them together, work on processes and controls

This job in a nutshell:

• Full ownership of GL and Month end close, Financial statements
• Standard Cost Accounting
• Budget, Forecasting, Financial Analysis
• Reporting on all areas of the business; partnership with Plant Leadership to improve performance across the business
• Reporting to Corporate leadership including B/S, P&L, Performance
• Adhere to and implement any internal controls
• Implement new processes and improve overall team

We are looking for (key requirements/preferences):

• BS degree in Accounting or Finance, CPA or CMA is nice to have
• Manufacturing Experience is a must
• Must have hands on experience in US GAAP through Financial Statements, Budget and Forecasting, and Standard Cost Accounting
• Strength in Leadership with Controllership experience;
  Can demonstrate they can develop a strong team with efficient processes
• Has experience in a SOX environment
