We are seeking an experienced Mailroom Coordinator.

Essential Responsibilities
  • Administer and oversee office/facility management including, but not limited to office supply management, security systems (alarm, locks, keys, etc.), facility repairs and maintenance and mail processing functions.
  • Coordinates and prioritizes print production requests and print specifications.
  • Utilizes computer and other automated programs, systems and equipment to perform duties and responsibilities.
  • Review all documents prior to delivery to printers for accuracy and formats.

  • Processes incoming and outgoing mail, sort materials for accurate and proper outgoing member, group and provider informational packages.
  • Works with outside vendors for facility repair and maintenance requirements and deliverables.
  • Resolves day‑to‑day equipment problems and coordinates with stakeholders to obtain solutions.
  • Organizes and maintains up to date work log and other tracking documents and reports.
  • Monitors inventory and places orders for office supplies and manages inventory tracking.
  • Supports other departmental staff and management with special projects as directed and assigned.
  • Performs any and all additional duties as required for this position.
Basic Qualifications

Experience

  • Minimum of 3 years of related experience in a mail processing or facilities management role

Education

  • High school diploma or equivalent
