We are seeking an experienced Mailroom Coordinator.
Essential Responsibilities- Administer and oversee office/facility management including, but not limited to office supply management, security systems (alarm, locks, keys, etc.), facility repairs and maintenance and mail processing functions.
- Coordinates and prioritizes print production requests and print specifications.
- Utilizes computer and other automated programs, systems and equipment to perform duties and responsibilities.
- Review all documents prior to delivery to printers for accuracy and formats.

- Processes incoming and outgoing mail, sort materials for accurate and proper outgoing member, group and provider informational packages.
- Works with outside vendors for facility repair and maintenance requirements and deliverables.
- Resolves day‑to‑day equipment problems and coordinates with stakeholders to obtain solutions.
- Organizes and maintains up to date work log and other tracking documents and reports.
- Monitors inventory and places orders for office supplies and manages inventory tracking.
- Supports other departmental staff and management with special projects as directed and assigned.
- Performs any and all additional duties as required for this position.
Experience
- Minimum of 3 years of related experience in a mail processing or facilities management role

- High school diploma or equivalent

40 - Shift: Monday – Friday; 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
