Administrative / Risk Analyst – On-Call (Public Sector | Long Beach, CA)

Alivia Group Staffing is building an on-call bench of qualified Administrative / Risk Analysts to support anticipated public-sector finance, compliance, and operational projects in the Long Beach area. Assignments may include administrative analysis, procurement support, risk assessment, budgeting assistance, and compliance-related initiatives.

This position is part of an on-call talent pool being established for anticipated public-sector projects. Placement is contingent upon contract award and client-approved task order requests.

• Provide administrative and analytical support to finance and management teams
• Assist with risk assessments, compliance reviews, and internal controls
• Develop and analyze reports, metrics, and statistical data
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial monitoring activities
• Assist with procurement, contracts, and grant administration
• Prepare written reports, summaries, and recommendations
• Support development and improvement of policies, procedures, and workflows
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external vendors as needed
• Perform special projects and ad-hoc analyses

• 3–7 years of experience in administrative analysis, risk, compliance, or finance support
• Public-sector or government experience preferred
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
• Experience with reporting, data analysis, and process improvement
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and standard office applications
• Ability to work on-site in Long Beach, CA
• Must be eligible to pass Live Scan background screening

• Pay Rate: $38 – $58 per hour (W-2)
